The Ministry of Civil Aviation has formulated an ambitious strategy based on a set of key executive axes, reflected in actual policies and procedures that have been implemented on the ground.
In its annual report on the activities and events of 2023, the ministry highlighted both direct and indirect actions in light of the successive changes and challenges facing the global aviation industry.
The report, prepared by the Media Center of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, emphasized that this strategy aligns with the Sustainable Development Plan and the targets of the Egyptian state regarding the implemented plans.
According to this ambitious strategy adopted by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, a top priority is to enhance the capacity of airports, increasing and improving their efficiency to accommodate the continuous growth in passenger and aircraft traffic, considering future growth expectations.
The report indicated that this axis motivated the ministry’s attention to the necessity of advancing and improving civil aviation services, taking into account all governing frameworks and competitive factors, including quality, price, flexibility, and time. This ensures customer satisfaction with the provided services.
