Emirates Airlines plans to hire 5,000 male and female cabin crew members during the current year. The airline announced global recruitment campaigns across the six continents to increase the cabin crew by 25%.

In a press statement, the airline stated that it starts the new year, with the imminent arrival of its first Airbus A350, with a global recruitment campaign for the cabin crew.

Emirates invites young individuals interested in starting an exciting career of traveling around the world to join the cabin crew, particularly recent graduates with internal training or part-time jobs in their CVs, and those with a year or so of experience in hospitality or customer service.

The employees will work for the world’s largest international carrier and one of the most famous brands. They will learn hospitality skills from the best trainers in the field and travel around the world to more than 140 cities in 76 countries, enjoying a comprehensive range of benefits while working.

The Emirates recruitment team plans to organize open days and assessment sessions during 2024 in more than 460 cities across the six continents, reflecting the extensive network of its routes and the diversity of nationalities of the cabin crew team, who live and work in the thriving city of Dubai.

In 2023, Emirates hired cabin crew members, bringing the total to 8,000, and conducted recruitment events in 353 cities as part of its efforts to expand its services after the pandemic. In August 2023, the number of cabin crew members exceeded 20,000, reaching over 21,500 individuals currently.
