The Board of Directors of NEOM has announced the launch of “Zardon,” an exclusive resort and natural sanctuary designed to contribute to the restoration of its surrounding environment, aligning with NEOM’s efforts to develop luxury environmental tourism in the Kingdom.

NEOM stated in a statement on its website that “Zardon,” the newest coastal destination, is designed to blend contemporary luxury with breathtaking natural beauty. It integrates seamlessly with other coastal destinations being developed as part of other projects throughout the NEOM region.

The natural “Zardon” resort overlooks the turquoise waters of the Red Sea’s Gulf of Aqaba. It will consist of four distinctive and ultra-luxurious buildings, all harmoniously integrated with the surrounding natural landscapes. “Zardon” stands out as one of the most unique sites, blending luxury with captivating nature, aiming to provide the finest environmental tourism experiences for visitors.

The new destination will stretch from the mountains to the beach across a 4-square-kilometer area, carefully designed to serve as a sanctuary preserving its rich environment with local plants and animals. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore its stunning beauty through an advanced “Visitor Experience Center,” featuring a 360-degree panoramic observation platform allowing guests to observe wildlife details and enjoy the natural scenery.

“Zardon” will feature three luxurious hotels with 100 rooms and suites, designed with a futuristic vision to promote sustainability and preserve the environment under development for the first time. Each hotel will follow a unique approach to offer distinct experiences for guests, all while enjoying stunning views of the valley and the beach.
