Central Jeddah Development Company has signed major contracts for the implementation of three major architectural landmarks in the Central Jeddah development project launched by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s master plan in 2021, with a total investment of 75 billion riyals funded by the Public Investment Fund.
The company explained that 4 major construction contracts with a total value of 12 billion riyals have been awarded for the implementation of the Opera House, the sports stadium, the peripheral basins and infrastructure in the central Jeddah project, which will complete most of the project’s dependents and infrastructure, as the project is one of the projects of the Public Investment Fund, and extends over an area of 5.7 million m2 and raises the quality of social and urban life in Jeddah.
