The Kingdom launches the first platform to monitor the manifestations of urban distortion in all cities and governorates using advanced cameras

The First Global Smart Cities Forum witnessed the launch of the SmartC Visual Pollution platform, in the presence of Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh Region, and a number of secretaries of the Kingdom’s regions.

The platform was launched by the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and the President of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA), Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, during the activities of the first day of the Global Forum, which will be held at the headquarters of the Arena Center in Riyadh from 12 to 13 February 2024, with the participation of more than 100 speakers from 40 countries in the world under the slogan (Better Life).
