Oman, India discuss boosting tourism co-operation

Azzan bin Qassim Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Tourism, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the tourism sector, such as tourism development and tourism promotion, and investment opportunities in the tourism sector in the Sultanate of Oman.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry is organizing a series of promotional workshops in Indian cities with the aim of attracting tourists from India, promoting Oman as an ideal destination for Indian travelers for entertainment, weddings and events, and introducing the most important cultural and cultural landmarks and the most prominent tourist sites and potentials that abound in it.
