In an effort to expand and enhance its modern service asset portfolio, the innovative real estate developer in the UAE, Arada, has bolstered a new division under fresh leadership. This new Hospitality and Entertainment division within the company encompasses a suite of rapidly growing business segments, including healthcare, fitness, hospitality, event management, and food and beverage services at Arada.
Commenting on this, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada Group, stated: “We are pleased to welcome Amit to Arada, where he will lead and manage an increasingly important part of the company’s business portfolio.” He added: “The new Hospitality and Entertainment division will enable us to further diversify our income sources, while enhancing our commitment to creating spaces that provide ambitious individuals with more fulfilling and healthier lifestyles.”
Amit Aurora has taken on the responsibility of managing the new division as the new Chief Operating Officer at Arada, having recently joined the company from Abu Dhabi-based “EARTH.” Aurora is a seasoned hospitality and hotel specialist with 28 years of experience in the UAE, Germany, and the United States. He has previously held several leadership positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Emaar Hospitality Group, and Five Holdings.
The new Hospitality and Entertainment division also oversees the operations of various other units, including the management of NEST Student Living in Aljada, a joint social partnership initiative between Arada and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. This initiative aims to directly connect Emirati farmers with consumers to enhance food security in the UAE. Additionally, the division manages the Events Management unit, overseeing corporate and consumer events, as well as lifestyle-related activities both within and outside Arada communities, including competitions such as the World Skate Championships.
