Bull & Bear restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre celebrates Easter on Sunday, March 31st of this year, inviting food enthusiasts to enjoy an exceptional brunch inspired by the charm of New York, featuring the most delicious delicacies and flavors tailored for this occasion.
The award-winning destination offers brunch from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with an exclusive menu of four dishes crafted by Chef Luca. Guests can choose from a distinguished selection including Dibba Bay oysters with caviar sauce, Brooklyn burrata with tomato confit and pesto, as well as gravlax salmon or beef brisket rice. Main dishes range from Australian wagyu beef and slow-cooked ribs with foie gras to lamb shank hosier. Side dishes include mac and cheese, Waldorf salad, grilled corn with bread.
