Dubai-based real estate development and property services company, Diyar Al Muharraq, has announced the launch of its new residential project, “Rosalia Residences,” in the Furjan community of Dubai.
“Rosalia Residences” joins two other projects previously launched by Diyar in the Furjan community: “Amalia Residences,” launched in 2022 and completely sold out, and “Millennium Talia Residences,” a project consisting of luxurious furnished hotel apartments managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts, which has also recorded strong sales. The total cost of these projects is estimated to be AED 300 million.
The “Rosalia Residences” project offers a variety of residential units suitable for families, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The development is surrounded by natural landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. It is centrally located across from the Discovery Gardens 2 metro station, providing easy access to various vital areas in Dubai. Additionally, it is close to golf clubs, shopping complexes, fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, retail stores, and entertainment destinations.

The “Rosalia Residences” project consists of nine residential floors and a retail avenue on the ground floor. The residential apartments feature elegant decor and calming colors, along with kitchens equipped with the latest appliances.
Residents of “Rosalia Residences” will have access to various recreational services and facilities, including a splash water park, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, a sports club, and a multi-use base with a private barbecue area.
The project includes 117 residential units, providing customers seeking to purchase a residential apartment with various options. The one-bedroom apartments range in size from 774 to 1,178 square feet. The two-bedroom apartments range from 1,208 to 1,731 square feet, while the three-bedroom apartments cover an area of 1,743 square feet.
