Dubai FinTech Summit foresees global industry prospects

The Dubai FinTech Summit, organized by the Dubai International Financial Centre under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance, Chairman of the DIFC, announced the hosting of ‘Dubai FinTech Summit Dialogues.’ The event brought together key partners from both the public and private sectors to discuss and outline the key agenda items for the summit, in preparation for the launch of the second edition of the Dubai FinTech Summit scheduled for May 6-7, 2024, in Jumeirah, Dubai.

The dialogue session of the Dubai FinTech Summit was exclusive to invited participants, with over 30 sector leaders contributing to enriching extensive discussions to identify the crucial topics that warrant discussion and examination in the second edition of the summit. An expert evaluation platform was formed to assess the importance of various topics, determining their significance and contribution to advancing the summit’s agenda. Topics such as regulatory framework, economic sustainability, and the new generation of FinTech technology dominated the discussions due to their growing importance. This session also led to the proposal of new diverse topics to be added to the agenda of the Dubai FinTech Summit 2024.
