Dubai unveils the world’s tallest residential clock tower at two billion dirhams

The size of the real estate portfolio of London Gate, which will implement in Dubai this year, reaches 8 billion dirhams, while it announced the project of the “Franck Muller Aternitas” tower, in Marina as the tallest residential clock tower with a luxury brand in the world, where the expected sales value of the project is estimated at about two billion dirhams, with a height of 450 meters, with the units to be delivered in June 2027.

The project was carried out in collaboration with Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller, embodying the concept of luxury living in the UAE.

Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, confirmed during a press conference in Dubai to announce the project, the company’s firm commitment to continue to offer the finest residential projects in Dubai, and to add iconic landmarks to the city’s skyline. The 106-storey Franck Muller Aternitas Tower will contribute to the reshaping of Dubai’s skyline, thanks to the diverse and exclusive range of iconic residences London Gate has to offer, including the luxurious Sky Mansions, Sky Villas and carefully designed residences with options ranging from one to three bedrooms.
