First Saudi Travel Market opens in Riyadh today

Today, Sunday, the first Saudi travel market will be launched in Riyadh, and it extends for three days, with wide international participation exceeding 20 countries, and more than 45 partners from the intergovernmental and private sectors, as they represent the most important foreign markets of interest to the Saudi traveler and residents in the Kingdom.

The exhibition is held at the Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center on King Abdullah Road in the center of Riyadh, and receives visitors from two in the afternoon to ten in the evening.

The exhibition will witness more than 300 unique tourist experiences and packages ready to be displayed in front of the public, and a set of interactive shows that reflect the tourism depth of Saudi Arabia, its natural and climatic diversity, unique experiences and multiple options, and the warm reception and hospitality that characterizes the authentic Saudi society, with a wide range of qualitative and international events.

Mohammed Al-Harbi, CEO of the company organizing the exhibition, said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is recording tourism growth that exceeded expectations, as it achieved 100 million local and international visits last year, including tourists, Umrah performers, and entrepreneurs, and the number of international visitors rose to record numbers, the highest ever, pointing out that Saudi Arabia is the largest investment country in tourism at the international level.
