flydubai has provided a range of tips for travellers, most notably updating their contact details via the Manage Booking section of flydubai.com. Online check-in is available between 48 hours and 75 minutes before the flight departs from Dubai.
A flydubai spokesperson said: “Weather conditions expected in the UAE over the next few days could affect our flight schedule at Dubai International Airport. We work hard to minimize the impact of weather conditions on our passenger schedule and coordinate with all parties at the airport. We will continue to monitor weather conditions closely and advise our passengers to arrive well in advance at the airport and check their flight status on the .flydubai.com website.
Passengers are also advised to check their booking for baggage allowances and arrive at the airport at least four hours before their flight departure time.
Passengers can save time at the airport by using one of our new self-service kiosks in Terminal 2, where they can print their baggage tag, check in online and then head straight to the dedicated baggage drop desk.
Passengers are advised to regularly check the flight information screens of the departure gate and ensure that they are at the gate well in advance of boarding.
