The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, through the Infrastructure and Municipal Assets Sector, and in coordination with the private sector, completed its pilot project that targeted the installation of solar-powered cosmetic lighting in Al-Kasir Walkway on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
This step comes within the commitment of the municipality and its endeavor to apply sustainability standards, rationalize energy consumption, and rely on natural alternatives in lighting and decorating public facilities.
The project seeks to enhance the overall aesthetic appearance of the city, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as one of the most attractive capitals in the world and renowned for its high quality of life.
