Moscow Tourist Delegation Visits Dubai

The Moscow Tourism Committee visited Dubai two days ago to promote Moscow in the Gulf region. The delegation from the Tourism Committee included representatives from major tour organizers and the hospitality sector. They met with 113 members from local companies, government agencies, and other interested organizations to explore potential cooperation opportunities.

Abulat Normukhanov, Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Moscow Tourism Committee, stated, “We hope to see more of these visitors, tourists, and businessmen from the Gulf region returning with their families to enjoy the entertainment and beauty of the Russian capital. We are committed to developing relationships with the region, as the Gulf countries remain among the most promising markets for domestic tourism in Moscow.”

Normukhanov also emphasized that this mission’s visit to the UAE highlights Moscow’s commitment to strengthening its ties with the Middle East and enhancing tourism potentials between the two regions. The delegation expresses optimism about the opportunities that may arise from the discussions held during the visit, looking forward to fostering long-term partnerships with their counterparts in the United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, the tourism potential of Moscow was reviewed, with a focus on highlighting a diverse range of activities available in the city. It was noted that group and family tourism were among the rapidly growing and popular choices for residents in the United Arab Emirates.
