Throughout this period, NBF customers can get their dream home through a limited-time NBF mortgage offer, 100% waiver of processing fees and valuation refund, competitive profit rates, financing of up to AED 20M, flexible repayment periods of up to 25 years, and financing of up to 80% of the current property value.
