The national pavilions participating in the “World of Coffee Dubai 2024” exhibition, especially the young exhibitors, competed to showcase their success stories in the coffee industry.
Several young exhibitors, founders of local companies specializing in coffee production, affirmed during their participation in the exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre in collaboration with the International Coffee Association that concludes today, that this edition embodies the evolution and growth in the region’s coffee market. They noted the increasing demand for various coffee products and growing interest, emphasizing that the exhibition is a prominent platform bringing together leaders in the coffee industry, enthusiasts, and professionals from around the world.
Maktoum Nasser Al Sharifi, the founder and owner of “Rifal Specialized Coffee Roasters” in Al Ain, expressed that the “World of Coffee” exhibition in Dubai is one of the most important specialized exhibitions globally, a crucial platform to explore new global products in this field.
He explained that his work in this field started as a hobby in 2018 from a small place and gradually expanded to become one of the largest roasters in Al Ain, offering various products to many local entities. Al Sharifi pointed out that his business has transitioned from local to global, exporting to all Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Khaled Al-Senaidi, the CEO of “Coffee Market Innovations Abu Dhabi CMI,” a member of the Specialty Coffee Association, stated that his company is responsible for distributing most coffee machines and equipment, providing maintenance services, and offering training courses for handling these products. He mentioned that his company has been present in the UAE and Oman for 17 years, expanding into several countries such as Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan.
The exhibitors stressed that the exhibition provides a valuable platform for networking, exchanging experiences, and discovering the latest trends and innovations in the coffee industry.
