Excavation and leveling works have begun in Gaumur, one of NEOM’s destinations in the Gulf of Aqaba, which will include 700 luxury villas, 500 apartments overlooking the marina, two hotels with 350 hotel units, in addition to an advanced research center for the study of the deep sea.
