Dubai has been selected as one of the most popular destinations from Manchester Airport thanks to its beaches, its many architectural and engineering icons and skyscrapers, as well as one of the largest shopping malls in the world, many beaches and theme parks.
Dubai ranked third, with 92,554 passengers, as it is a stand-alone tourist destination, in addition to being a major hub for connecting destinations in Asia, Africa and Europe, with Dublin emerging as the most popular destination among travelers with 95,254 passengers, followed by Amsterdam with 93,838 passengers.
Manchester Airport recorded record passenger traffic in March, as Dubai climbed to the list of the most sought-after destinations along with Dublin and Amsterdam, according to the British website “Business Life”.
