Brigadier Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, witnessed the closing ceremony of the activities of the Ramadan Punitive and Correctional Institution, which was held at its headquarters, in the presence of Brigadier Ahmed Haji Al Serkal, Director General of Police Operations, Brigadier Abdullah Ibrahim bin Nassar, Director General of Resources and Support Services, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan Al Otaibi, Director of the Dawah and Guidance Center in Dubai, Colonel Mona Sorour Al Shuwaihi, Acting Director of the Foundation’s Department, representatives of government agencies, supporters and a number of officers.
The Deputy Commander General praised the great efforts made by the penal institution by providing services and initiatives that guarantee the rights of inmates and enhance its competitiveness locally and globally, and pointed out that the reform and guidance system in the institution is a pioneering and honorable model, as its activities reflect positively on inmates, so that they return to good and useful members of their families and society.
