In an exceptional annual culinary celebration and the largest in the region, the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) is organising the eleventh edition of the Dubai Food Festival
The celebration starts on Friday 19 April and ends until Sunday 12 May
The festival days are an opportunity to experience a diverse world of cuisine, inspired by the cultures of more than 200 nationalities that call Dubai home.
The celebration offers audiences from inside and outside the UAE a wide list of delicious recipes, creativity in the culinary arts and a selection of international dishes in a distinctive atmosphere that satisfies their tastes and reflects the diversity of Dubai’s food culture, in addition to a range of events, entertainment activities, innovative dining experiences, competitions and many more.
The festival includes a range of innovative and sustainable events, activities and dining experiences that live up to the luxury taste that the emirate is known for in a unique and distinctive atmosphere. It also honours connoisseurs, chefs, culinary celebrities and industry influencers for their contributions to this tremendous diversity to enrich the culinary arts and strengthen Dubai’s position on the global map.
This year’s edition will see the launch of a host of favourite events such as Dubai Restaurant Week, A Journey into the World of Tastes, Beach Canteen by Etisalat & e, and a AED 10 platter, as well as new events such as Chef Creations and the first edition of the Gault & Milo Guide for Innovative Chefs.
