Sterling Hospitality Consultancy has revealed the completion of a comprehensive feasibility study for the upscale wellness hotel project in Abha, Saudi Arabia, named “Wellness Abha by Cloud 7.”

Utilizing the expertise of Sterling Hospitality Consultancy, a leading consulting firm in the region specializing in market research and strategic analysis, the study evaluated market dynamics, competitive landscape of the destination, and financial viability for establishing the upscale project in Abha.

The study was assessed by Michael Bagdasarov, Senior Consulting Director at Sterling Hospitality Advisors, who visited the team in Abha to conduct a comprehensive assessment of both the land parcel and project site, including interviews with key players in the local market, such as general managers of major branded hotels and others in both Abha and Khamis Mushait.

The hotel will overlook the stunning mountains of Abha, offering guests options for organic dining, pools, a fitness center, and a spa. The accommodation will focus on cognitive behavioral therapy alongside health and relaxation services to maximize guest health benefits. It aligns with the ambitious goal of the Kingdom to increase the tourism sector’s contribution to the GDP to 10% by 2030.
