Dubai Municipality is preparing to launch the eighth edition of the Hatta Honey Festival, which runs from 27 to 31 December 2023, amid the participation of more than 60 beekeepers from different emirates of the country, and for the first time a honey auction will be held and the most beautiful Sidr and Samar honey competition will be held, and 60 Emirati beekeepers will participate in its eighth session at Hatta Hall
Mana Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Hatta Merchants Council and coordinator of the festival, revealed that for the first time, an auction of honey is held, where participants compete during the auction to obtain the most luxurious types of honey offered, and a specialized committee evaluates their quality upon receipt, where the auction opens on the type and quantity selected at specific prices, and those wishing to buy bid
