Twain, the renowned restaurant in the Dubai World Trade Center, has announced the launch of a special menu for the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. The menu is rich in delicious Mediterranean dishes crafted by a team of professional chefs, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Located in a prime position in the Dubai World Trade Center, the restaurant offers exquisite Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, and other Mediterranean flavors. The name “Twain,” meaning a ball of sturdy threads, embodies the concept of promoting connections and strengthening relationships between different cultures through food sharing. It provides an ideal setting for enjoying breakfast with family and friends during the holy month within enchanting surroundings.

The new menu is available from Monday to Friday at a price of AED 219 per person from sunset until 10:00 PM. Guests can experience a distinctive Ramadan dining experience, starting with a luxurious selection of dates, Ramadan juices, and tea, followed by traditional lentil soup. The appetizers include grape leaves, potato salad, quinoa salad, pumpkin salad, labneh with olives, hummus, tabbouleh, and baba ganoush. Hot appetizers feature crispy chicken wings, spicy potatoes, fried samosas, pastries, kibbeh, and cheese rolls with traditional Arabic bread.

The tempting main course options include lamb ouzi, Mediterranean salmon, chicken casserole, paella, kofta, and grilled vegetables. The experience concludes with a selection of premium desserts, including luqaimat with vanilla ice cream, Tunisian cream with pistachios, rose petal cream, in addition to a variety of traditional Arabic sweets and a live station for preparing kunafa in front of guests.

The restaurant offers a dedicated menu for children priced at AED 110 per child, including traditional lentil soup, potato salad, fried samosas, pastries, kibbeh, cheese rolls, along with main course options like burgers or pasta and kofta. The experience is completed with a tempting selection of desserts, including fresh fruits, ice cream, and chocolate brownies.
