The CEO of Al-Daraia Company, Jerry Inzerillo, stated that 2023 was a fantastic year. He added that the company concluded the previous year by constructing 9 kilometers of gardens and planting 6 million trees of native species in Al-Daraia. Additionally, the company launched its hotel office and the first of the 42 hotels it plans to open, along with its first museum.
During his participation in the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh, which kicked off today, Inzerillo mentioned that things are progressing well in January 2024. The company inaugurated two new tunnels on the Western Ring Road with four lanes in the northbound direction and another four lanes in the southbound direction. Above the tunnel is a massive garden that will connect between “Al-Daraia 1” and “Al-Daraia 2.”
Inzerillo highlighted that the company’s major event in 2024 is the unveiling of the “King Salman Boulevard,” designed to resemble the French Champs-Élysées. The boulevard will feature a new conference center and a contemporary art museum founded by Prince Badr in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture. Additionally, it will include the Royal Saudi Opera House, a new parade square accommodating 20,000 people, and the new King Salman Mosque.
