Following the remarkable success of the first edition in 2023, the event kicks off on February 1 to showcase the creative culinary skills of the resort’s chefs. Epicure Culinary Month invites food enthusiasts to indulge in a series of exceptional dining experiences, including exclusive dinner packages for two, one-time special partnerships, and other unique offerings.

Luxury Grape Beverage Tasting Experience by Mixology Expert Jamie Marfell: As part of the culinary month, Sofitel Dubai The Palm presents an exclusive dinner experience at its renowned restaurant Laguna Bay Taverna & Lounge. This event, scheduled for February 9, provides guests with the opportunity to taste luxury grape beverages crafted by the renowned mixology expert Jamie Marfell. Jamie served for several years as the Chief Grape Beverage Specialist for the Stanley brand, a part of the Bernard Ricard group in New Zealand. He later assumed the role of Head of Grape Beverage Making Operations for the group, overseeing brands such as Brancott Estate, Stoneleigh in Marlborough, and Church Road in Hawke’s Bay. The experience invites guests to enjoy a diverse menu of delectable dishes while savoring the exquisite taste of luxury grape beverages, taking them on a journey to explore Jamie’s expertise in this unique field. Guests also have the chance to participate in an exclusive competition offering the winner a grand prize—a trip to the renowned landscapes of New Zealand.
